The company LOVATO ELECTRIC SPA Bergamo, Italy, took over the company KONČAR LE Ltd. Zagreb, Croatia, which was part of KONČAR-NSP. The transaction was successfully completed on April 11, 2019.
This acquisition is part of LOVATO ELECTRIC’s strategic planning that will further drive the company’s internationalization and LOVATO ELECTRIC will now have 14 foreign subsidiary in total, which, combined with more than 90 importers, will make its 18,000 products available in more than 100 countries.
