Employer of the year for persons with disabilities

LOVATO Electric d.o.o. has been awarded the “Employer of the year for persons with disabilities” recognition for 2025 in the medium-sized employer category.

The award was presented on 16 September in Zagreb at a ceremony organized by the Institute for expert evaluation, professional rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities.

The recognition highlights employers who enable persons with disabilities to participate equally in the labour market through adapted working conditions, a supportive work environment, and socially responsible business practices.
