The company LOVATO Electric Ltd. was founded on April 1, 2019, as a result of the acquisition of a specific segment of the company KONČAR-NISKONAPONSKE SKLOPKE I PREKIDAČI Ltd. by the internationally recognized company LOVATO Electric S.p.A. LOVATO Electric S.p.A., headquartered in Bergamo, Italy, was founded in 1922 and has been privately owned by the same family of entrepreneurs for more than a century, spanning four generations.

The primary activity of LOVATO Electric Ltd. is the development and production of busbar switches and disconnecting switches. A key element of the company’s business strategy is the continuous pursuit of maximum customer satisfaction.
